Customer organisations generally act as controller for workforce data and Vorko acts as processor under the data-processing agreement. Vorko is controller for its own account, security and billing administration.

This starter notice must be reviewed with Vorko's final operating company, subprocessors and processing configuration before production.
Data rights
The product supports access, correction, export, restriction and controlled deletion, subject to documented legal-retention duties and legal holds.
Contact and complaints
Production contact and UK representative details must be configured before launch. Individuals may also have the right to complain to the ICO.
